The 'Odyssey' Apple (Malus 'Jefsey') is a hardy variety developed in Canada.
Known for its sweet, crisp flavour, which is often compared to a Gala or Honeycrisp, it is a versatile fruit suitable for fresh eating, baking, and cooking.
The apples ripen in late summer to mid-September. They are also noted for storing well for several months. It requires another apple or crabapple tree nearby to serve as a pollinator in order to produce fruit.
