'Hansa' Rugosa Rose

The Rosa rugosa 'Hansa' is an extremely hardy and fragrant shrub rose known for its profusion of very fragrant, double, pinkish-purple to reddish-violet blooms measuring about 4 inches across. It has edible red hips and is very resistant to disease. They bloom recurrently from early summer until the first frost.
